Conditions of entry – Esports Hall of Fame Community Vote 2019

Competition organiser: paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH

Promotion time period: The promotion/voting will take place between 01.07.2019 – 30.09.2019. The deadline to send in entries for the draw is 30.09.2019.

Prizes: The following prizes are available as part of this promotion:

These paysafecard PINs may not be exchanged for cash. All decisions are final.

Participant requirements: All participants must be natural persons of adult age (this age being determined by the law of the natural person's country of residence), who are residents of Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Switzerland, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States or Uruguay; and who fully complete the entry form, vote for their favourite player and accept the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Only one entry per person. Participation is possible only via the entry form on the paysafecard promotional page (www.paysafecard.com/en/esports/specials/hall-of-fame/). paysafecard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion.

The organiser of the competition reserves the right to require entrants to prove that they meet the conditions above. If the proof is not supplied within 10 days of such a request, the participant may be excluded from the promotion by the organiser of the competition.

Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right immediately to exclude any participant who breaches the criminal law or public morality.

Prize draw: The drawing of the winner will take place in a private location, from among all participants who have entered correctly during the promotional period.

Notification of prizes: All winners will be contacted within seven days of the prize draw, via the email address given by the participant, with regards to their prize - and will receive their prize via email (T&Cs at WWW.PAYSAFECARD.COM). Those who have not won a prize will not receive a notification.

The personal details of the participants specified in the promotion will be exclusively used for the notification of winnings in anonymised form, in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice. No data will be given to third parties.

Premature competition termination: We reserve the right to terminate this competition at any time both during and after the promotional period, without giving a justification or prior notification. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.

Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.

The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
